Privacy Policy
We believe you deserve to know exactly what information we collect, how we use it, and who we share it with. This policy explains all of that in plain language.

Overview
This Privacy Policy describes how RVC LLC d/b/a CaseCompass.ai ("CaseCompass," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and shares information about you when you use the CaseCompass.ai website and services (the "Services").

The short version: When you take our case evaluation quiz, you voluntarily give us contact information and case details. We use that information to connect you with one pre-vetted local law firm. We do not sell your data to data brokers. We do not share your information with multiple competing law firms.
Information We Collect
We collect information in three ways:
A. Information you provide directly
Contact details: Name, email address, phone number
Case details: Accident date, injury type, fault circumstances, represented-by-attorney status, and similar case-qualification answers from our quiz
Location: City and state, used to match you with the correct Partner Firm
Communications: Any messages you send to us via email or contact forms
B. Information collected automatically
Usage data: Pages visited, time on page, quiz step completion, and other interaction events
Device and browser data: IP address, browser type and version, operating system, device type, and referring URL

C. Information from third parties
We use TrustedForm (ActiveProspect) to document and timestamp your consent at the moment you submit a form. TrustedForm generates a certificate of your consent session that we retain as proof of your opt-in. We may also use Twilio or similar services to validate phone number format and deliverability.
How We Use Your Information
We use the information we collect for the following purposes:
To connect you with the Partner Firm serving your city market based on your case details and location.
To contact you by phone, email, or SMS about your inquiry, including follow-up from CaseCompass or the Partner Firm you are referred to.
To understand how users interact with our quiz and content so we can improve accuracy and user experience.
To maintain consent records, respond to legal requests, and comply with applicable law.
To measure traffic sources, lead quality, and content performance using aggregated, non-personally-identifiable data.
Text Messages & Calls (TCPA)
When you provide your phone number and submit a form on CaseCompass.ai, you consent to receive autodialed and/or pre-recorded calls and text messages (SMS/MMS) from CaseCompass and from the Partner Firm we refer you to.
SMS Terms
- ·Message frequency varies based on your inquiry and follow-up status.
- ·Standard message and data rates may apply.
- ·Reply STOP to any text to opt out of text messages at any time.
- ·Reply HELP for help. You may also email hello@casecompass.ai.
- ·Consent to receive texts is not required to obtain legal services.
You may opt out of marketing communications at any time without affecting your ability to receive transactional messages about your inquiry.
Data Retention
We retain your personal information for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer retention period is required or permitted by law.
Lead inquiry data (name, phone, email, case details) is retained for up to 3 years to support compliance, dispute resolution, and regulatory obligations.
TrustedForm consent certificates are retained for a minimum of 5 years to document TCPA compliance.
Analytics data is retained in aggregated, anonymized form indefinitely.
If you request deletion of your data (see Section 09), we will delete or anonymize your personal information within 45 days, subject to legal retention obligations.
Security
We implement industry-standard technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (TLS/HTTPS), access controls, and vendor security requirements.
No method of transmission over the internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. While we strive to protect your information, we cannot guarantee absolute security. If you become aware of a security issue, please contact us immediately at hello@casecompass.ai.
California Privacy Rights (CCPA/CPRA)
If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA) and California Privacy Rights Act (CPRA) give you specific rights regarding your personal information.
Right to Know
You have the right to request that we disclose the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources we collected it from, our business purpose for collecting it, and the categories of third parties we share it with.
Right to Delete
You have the right to request deletion of personal information we have collected about you, subject to certain exceptions (such as completing a transaction you requested or complying with a legal obligation).
Right to Correct
You have the right to request that we correct inaccurate personal information we hold about you.
Right to Opt Out of Sale
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for monetary consideration. We do not share your information for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights.
To exercise any of these rights, submit a verifiable consumer request by emailing hello@casecompass.ai with the subject line "California Privacy Request." We will respond within 45 days. You may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf.
In the preceding 12 months, we have collected the following categories of personal information: identifiers (name, email, phone, IP address); characteristics of protected classifications (if voluntarily disclosed); commercial information (inquiry details); internet or other electronic network activity information; and geolocation data (city/state level only).
Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to individuals under 18 years of age, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If you believe we have inadvertently collected information from a child under 18, please contact us immediately at hello@casecompass.ai and we will delete it promptly.
Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page. For significant changes, we will provide additional notice — such as an email notification or a prominent banner on our website — before the changes take effect.
Your continued use of the Services after any changes become effective constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with the updated policy, please stop using the Services and contact us to request deletion of your information.
