Terms of Service
Please read these terms carefully before using CaseCompass.ai. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.
Effective date: April 29, 2026 · Operated by RVC LLC d/b/a CaseCompass.ai
Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you and RVC LLC, a Washington limited liability company doing business as CaseCompass.ai ("CaseCompass," "we," "us," or "our"), located at 3815 S. Othello St., Seattle, WA 98118. Our main contact number is +1 (206) 775-7722.
By accessing or using the CaseCompass.ai website, submitting any form, taking our case evaluation quiz, or otherwise interacting with our platform (collectively, the "Services"), you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Services. By using the Services, you represent that you meet this age requirement.
Description of Services
CaseCompass.ai is a legal information and attorney referral platform. We publish attorney-verified guides about motor vehicle accidents, state-specific laws, and the legal claims process. We also operate a case evaluation tool (quiz) that helps accident victims understand their situation and connects qualified individuals with a pre-vetted local personal injury law firm.
What CaseCompass is:
- A free educational resource for accident victims
- A referral platform that connects users with partner law firms
- A publisher of attorney-reviewed legal information
What CaseCompass is not:
- —A law firm
- —A provider of legal advice or legal representation
- —A party to any attorney-client relationship
Our Services are provided free of charge to users. We earn revenue when partner law firms pay for qualified lead referrals. This revenue model is disclosed in full in our Editorial Guidelines.
Not Legal Advice
All content on CaseCompass.ai is for general informational purposes only and does not constitute legal advice. Nothing on this platform creates an attorney-client relationship between you and CaseCompass or between you and any reviewing attorney.
Our guides, articles, settlement range estimates, and case evaluation results are educational in nature. They are based on publicly available government data, court records, and state statutes. They are not a substitute for advice from a licensed attorney who has reviewed the specific facts of your situation.
Every legal situation is different. Do not rely on any content from this platform as legal advice for your specific case. Always consult with a qualified attorney before making decisions about your legal matter.
Settlement range estimates on CaseCompass guides are editorial estimates based on publicly available court records and government data. They are clearly labeled as estimates, not guarantees. Actual outcomes depend on the specific facts of each case and are determined solely by the attorney representing you.
Lead Referral — How It Works
When you complete the CaseCompass case evaluation quiz and submit your contact information, you are submitting an inquiry to be connected with a CaseCompass partner law firm ("Partner Firm") in your geographic area.
Your information is shared with one Partner Firm only. CaseCompass operates on an exclusive city-market model: each city has a single Partner Firm. We do not sell, auction, or distribute your lead to multiple competing law firms.
Partner Firms are independent businesses. CaseCompass does not control the legal services they provide, their intake process, or their case outcomes. Any attorney-client relationship you enter into is solely between you and the Partner Firm — CaseCompass is not a party to that relationship.
CaseCompass vets all Partner Firms before accepting them onto the platform. Vetting criteria include active bar licensure, disciplinary record review, Google rating minimums, and contingency-fee structure confirmation. Vetting criteria are published in full in our Editorial Guidelines. Vetting does not guarantee the outcome of your legal case.
By submitting the case evaluation quiz, you authorize CaseCompass to share your submitted information — including your name, phone number, email address, and case details — with the Partner Firm serving your market. The Partner Firm may contact you directly regarding your inquiry.
TCPA Consent — Calls & Text Messages
By submitting your phone number through any form or quiz on CaseCompass.ai, you expressly consent, on behalf of yourself and any individual you authorize to represent, to receive autodialed or pre-recorded calls and/or text messages (SMS and MMS) from CaseCompass and our Partner Firms at the phone number you provide, including mobile phone numbers.
By submitting your phone number, you understand and agree that:
- ·Your consent to receive calls and texts is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
- ·You may receive automated or pre-recorded calls and text messages from CaseCompass and from the Partner Firm we connect you with.
- ·Standard message and data rates may apply. Message frequency may vary.
- ·You may opt out of text messages at any time by replying STOP to any text we send. You may opt out of calls by telling us verbally or by emailing hello@casecompass.ai.
- ·Opting out of marketing communications does not affect our ability to send you transactional or service messages related to your inquiry.
This consent covers communications from RVC LLC d/b/a CaseCompass.ai at 3815 S. Othello St., Seattle, WA 98118, +1 (206) 775-7722, as well as from the Partner Firm you are referred to.
